This year she wowed us all with her double whammy of imaginative outfits. First of all at her Las Vegas party in Tao Nightclub on Sunday she turned up on a guerney dressed as an 'autopsy' - or rather a corpse with the skin peeled off. She followed up this outfit on Monday's party in New York's PH-D Rooftop Lounge, another that she hosted, dresses as an Ape with husband Seal. The outfit was said to take 6 hours to put on, and the attention to detail was, as always, visible to all. The couple had moulded face, their bodies covered in hair and monkey hands and feet. Heidi's costume even went as far as to include nipples so that onlookers could see she was female.
2010
Last years party in New York was an event fit for a superhero, well at least that's what Heidi went as anyway. She donned this purple and orange piece to be the female version of Iron Man last year. Between her towering heels and huge head piece, she was almost two feet taller than husband Seal.
2009
Donning yet more his and hers outfits, the a-list duo sported raven outfits for their 2009 party. They used feathers, beaks and black face paint to gather the full effect. Heidi said she took her inspiration from Edgar Allen Poe's poem 'Nevermore'.
2008
At yet another New York location, the 38 year old model caused quite a stir when she showed up dressed as Hindu goddess Kali (the goddess of time and change), complete with 8 arms, blue skin, red eyes and fangs!
2007
In 2008 she went for a more feline outfit, dressing as a female cat. She completed the look with fangs, glittery eyeshadow and more custom made contacts. There was no losing the German model that night, the heart shaped tag around her neck read ' If lost please return to Seal ' how cute.
2006
Despite being 8 months pregnant in 2006, Heidi yet again put the rest of us to shame, cleverly disguising her bump with this huge apple costume, a homage to the serpent and the apple from the story of Adam, Eve and the forbidden fruit. The snake began from her foot and wove around her apple adorned body to finish on her head, with the snakes open mouth being her hat. Husband Seal was Eve..Natch.
2005
With the penultimate Twilight movie being released in just over two weeks (I've got my tickets yayyy) we've all seen how huge the trend in Vampires has been. The supermodel showed she was way ahead of the curve when, 6 years ago, she turned up in the Vampirific outfit. Not only was her make up stunning, but she accessorised her gothic dress with a beating heart - outside of her clothes.
2004
This year Heidi added a twist to the traditional witch costume, going for a red theme with a sky high hair and hat, and going so far as to have a skeleton draped over her back. The skeleton itself was actually attached to a backpack which supposedly weighed almost 50 Ib.
2003
Her outfit from 2003 could only be described as out of this world (Sorry, was just too obvious). She dresses up as an alien in the gorgeous gold outfit, complete with gold teeth that she had custom made. She even arrived via UFO.
2002
Slightly less original, but stunning all the same. Heidi used a black wig and custom made red dress to appear as Betty Boop in 2002.
It may have been only her 2nd annual party, but the project runway host was keen to impress and arrived on horseback dressed as Lady Godiva in 2001 - albeit a clothed version.
